• Distribute malicious software, botnets, automated scraping agents, or harmful scripts through our infrastructure.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary content, brand assets, software code, graphic elements, and structural designs on treeiq.buzzstorm.fit remain the exclusive property of TreeIQ and its parent operators. You retain all ownership rights to original data inputs provided to the Service during normal platform operations.

6. Subscriptions, Fees, and Renewals

Certain features are made available on a recurring subscription basis. Subscription fees are billed in advance according to the cycle selected at checkout. Failure to pay balance dues may result in service interruption or data-tier downgrades.

7. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Under no circumstances will TreeIQ be liable for indirect, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-data damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.
